This three-week training will be held from January 4th to the 22nd and is organized by Ollin Tlahtoalli: Centro de Lenguas y Cultura Mexicana in partnership with the non-profit MANOS: Migrantes Apoyados, No Olvidados. The course focuses on language, intercultural communication skills, and strategies for zealous representation of immigrants in the U.S. The course will be three weeks total, one week of seven content seminars, (each 2 to 4 hours) and two weeks of language classes (20 hours total), Spanish or Zapotec. This course will be taught online using the Zoom platform. We will be offering the option to take the full course, just the content seminars, or just the language classes.
